ANTI MODERN SLAVERY POLICY
Cookson and Tickner is not legally required to complete a modern slavery report to comply with the Modern Slavery Act of 2015, but we understand all businesses can still have a role in protecting individuals in relation to human trafficking and slavery and we are committed the principles of the Act.
We will fulfil our intentions with due diligence
We conduct business fairly, ethically and without discrimination, respecting human rights.
As a very small company we work with a few trusted suppliers and commit to abolishing modern slavery at all points of our supply chain and in our operations.
We commit to engaging with stakeholders, contractors, businesses and organisations requesting that they share their Modern Slavery report/statement and if they have a turnover exceeding £36 million this should be published on the Modern Slavery Registry.
We will not engage with or facilitate working with anyone who we suspect is breaching this policy.
We will report any concerns about potential modern slavery in our business activities, or supply chains.
We are committed to continuous improvement and review of our operations to prevent and combat modern slavery
